Monday with Clemetine & Ben

Hi Everyone! Ben and I had a fun time on Saturday!!
Check out all the cool things we did!

1. Samantha and Me shared our lunch with Ben!
2. We watched all the squirrels trying to keep cool!
3. We took a sail on the lake and saw this really cool house!
4. We shared a nap on the Ham-mick!
5. We played on the top of the cabinets.
6. I tried to make lunch with Mom's chips, but she caught me!
7. We played in my paper bag!
8. We went on the back porch in the evening and watched the stars!
9. We played in Mom's sink!
10. We took a nap on the bed!
11. We played with lots of toys.
12. And the GDB came and gave me and Ben lots of treats & pets!

Cats are very expressive. And in our years of pet blogging, we've found that their humans are very expressive, too! So we're putting out a challenge to one and all, just a furry-fun event, for Tuesday August 23 ~ on your blog, just post your favorite, clever, old, new, unusual, humorous cat talk. We were recently introduced to some new cat talk ~ "whisker humps". Of course, there's "tail wags", and "chin scritches" and so many more. And when it comes to the humans, well ... we've heard beans, and bipeds, and food purrsons. And let's not forget the famous MOL. So, that's the Cat Talk Time Challenge ~ get wordy, creatively wordy ~ and if you can show a photo that goes with your "talk", that's even better! No prizes, no awards, just a wholelotta fun. Zoolatry!!

A Tribute to Miss Peach

Today we are remembering Miss Peach who crossed over to The Rainbow Bridge yesterday!! We first met HER when we started Blogging and we have been furiends every since!! We loved her and the Cozy Cottage and have shared many fun times and lots of sad times with her! We will never forget you Miss Peach and one day we shall see you again!! We know Mickey was there to greet you!!

Finally Friday with Samantha & Clementine

Thank goodness it is Finally Friday!! Me & Clemmie had a visit from the GDB yesterday!! We had lots of fun!! We discussed what to do when she wanted to pet us!! Both of us said run, but Mom had other ideas!!

She is really quick!Finally I let her pet me!! Can't you tell how happy I was??
Hehehehehehe!!

And here Clementine let the GDB pet her, too!
Then she zoomed away really quick!!

All in all it was loads of fun!!

Whisker Hump Wednesday with Mr. Tigger (In Memory)

BE A PART OF THE FIRST WHISKER HUMP WEDNESDAY
IN TRIBUTE TO KISMET.

In tribute to the original Big Mancat, Kismet, we are offishully declaring Wednesday to be Whisker Hump Wednesday. Kismet originated the term Whisker Humps and had the real thing to back it up. His were the standard against which all others were and will forever be measured. The idea for Whisker Hump Wednesday came from Teri and the cats of Curlz and Swirlz as posted in the comments on Skeezix’s Eulogy for the Big Dude. It was immediately seconded by Skeezy, thirded by Max, and I, KC, am announcing it to the entire CB.
So this Wednesday, and every Wednesday from here on, bring on the Whisker Humps in honor of The Greatest Big Mancat, Kismet. ~KC
