Hello Dear Furiends!! Mom hurted her back and was only able to type this and then back to bed!! She is taking care to be better by tomoorow!! Please send some purrs her way!! We will be keeping her covered in fur and purrs, too!!

Oh no! purrrrrrrrrs purrrrrrrrrrrs purrrrrrrrrrs she gets better by tomorrow. Back pain is no fun at all. You make sure that she sees a doctor if she isn't better in 10 days (that is the rule with back pain!)
Until then, tell her to alternate heat for 20 min, and then ice for 20 min. Heat loosens the muscles and cold gets rid of inflammation.
