Ignoring each other at least is more peaceful then hissing at each other on a Sunday morning, lol !
Ignoring each other is better than hissing, but not as good as snuggling. Your neighbor cats are cute and Goldie Paw does look like KC.
The tortie does look like KC, even the golden paw of doom.
