"Wishes"
We wish we could have told you,
in words you'd understand,
We wanted you to stay with us.
This wasn't what we'd planned.
We wish somehow to tell you,
How empty we now feel.
A part of us went with you,
A part that time can't heal.
We wish we'd once more hear you,
in your softly, rumbling purr,
to hold you on our laps again
and stroke your golden fur.
We wish we had you back again,
to fill this empty space.
But one day we'll be together
in a far, far better place.

Yes, it is another sad day in the CB.
it is a very sad day, and there are lots of purrs here for our friends. And lots of headbonks and nose rubs for everyone here, just to let them know we love them.
We will miss both of them, and have told them so...
Oh no. I didn't know about Miss Patches until now. It is so terribly sad. I will send love and purrs to her family as well. We will miss both babies so much.
That is a lovely tribute on a very sad day.
We have been so sad here with the loss of Inigo and Patches. We are all lucky to have had them as our friends.
